It is the day of the lunar solstice, the day the Star Chain Archipelago celebrates their origin story of how a woman fell in love with a star and chained it to earth so they could be together. There are many fun activities, like telling love stories and making masks, but the main event is a quest for young singles to go into the Temple of Star-crossed Lovers, where they overcome all the challenges so they can get a divine glimpse at their one true love. This year is different though. Throughout the day weird zombies have started showing up. They are not hostile, just standing around like statues. The weirdest thing about them are their faces, which seem to be carved off by a stonemason, making a rough stone surface on a being of flesh and blood. It must have something to do with this year’s festival, so you took it upon yourself to go to the temple and find the mysterious source of this plague.
4-5 players can be part of this, making characters of level 6 (preferably beforehand). Some experience is nice, but it will be mostly puzzles and roleplay, so beginners are welcome as well.
Trigger topics: cosmic horror (existential kind, no tentacles), minor body horror, mentions of toxic relationships, drowning. These topics will be on the light side and can even be further downplayed if people feel better that way.

This is a game for 2 to 5 players. You will be creating your character (as well as building your spaceship!!!) at the table with your GM. It’s super easy and beginner friendly! So if you’ve never played a tabletop role-playing game, or you would like to try something else than D&D 5th edition, it’s perfect for you! All you have to bring is your imagination, team spirit, and a cute space-proof outfit*!
